Our Return Policy
You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- β Custom wetsuits (special sizing/colors)
- β Opened accessories (like neoprene hoods or gloves)
- β Paddle Board Packages (due to shipping costs)
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved, securely package your item in the original packaging if possible. Include:
- The item with all original tags
- A copy of your order confirmation
- The RMA number we provide

Return Shipping Costs:
